The email I sent them that then bounced back so now I’ll post it publicly. Myself and my partner came in tonight for a game of bowling as it is my birthday and we thought it was a nice way to end the night. When we arrived we waited at the sign that said please wait here and have your vax passes ready. So we did. In the meantime we had your two young ladies behind the counter just glaring at us. As we are in red we don’t want to break any rule restrictions etc.. After a couple of minutes the girl behind the counter rudely waved us over. When we got to the counter there was no welcome but a blatant stare. We said we had a booking for 7:45pm under the name Josh. The service continued to be blunt, asked us for our names and then typed it as soon as I spoke (no question of how it was spelt etc)- now that doesn’t bother me I still thought it was quite rude as she did spell it completely wrong. The prices have risen since I last came in yet the service is restricted. I don’t believe we should be charged full rate if the full service cannot be provided, by this I mean the inability to borrow shoes. Now 1. I don’t understand why not, they could easily be sprayed down after use, something that should be done regardless of covid or not. 2. I showed up in heels, now if someone had told us over the phone when we booked I would of brought appropriate shoes to wear. Even if she had told us before we paid we could of decided it wasn’t a good idea. I had to bowl in bare feet which meant my bowling experience wasn’t anywhere near what it normally would be. My partner had to wear his big clunky work boots and therefore struggled to. And 3. This was also a breech of health and safety, whether I wore my heels, or going barefoot. Not a good experience tonight. The worst of it was the attitude of your staff. It was like the manager had clocked out and they couldn’t be bothered anymore. I am someone who never complains unless I think people were blatantly rude or disrespectful.

Was at Lazer strike this morning for my son's birthday. I have an autistic son and even though he didn't want to do Lazer strike he was happy to play on the games. We had someone with him the whole time but but he is very fast. There was not many people there but unfortunately my son grabbed a ball and bowled it down one of the lanes before we could catch him. One of the young employee came over to us and said very rudely 'can you look after your children they are disturbing others' please note there were other kids there running around. When I approached the girl and mentioned to her that my son was autistic he was again very rude and said 'so you still need to look after him'. This girl really needs some training in customer service and should not be in that job as it was obvious that she didn't like kids or was very personable. This left a very sour taste in our mouth as we were there for not more than an hour and spent over $200.

Brilliant place to take the kids. Good number of lanes and selection of balls to use. Kids can have barriers to try prevent gutterballs. Food selection is all pretty much fried but kids love that and they have a good selection of drinks.

Pretty cool place with lots of activities on site such as bowling, pool, arcade games, laser tag, etc. There is also a bar and they served food. Would've loved it if they sanitized bowling balls in between games and have sanitizers onsite.
