★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place. Warm, comfortable and clean. Perfect for one night- we stayed 2. Could've done with a couple more toilet rolls and some soap/ shampoo etc for the shower. Apart from that would recommend.

I stayed on the Ground floor.
The parking lot is underneath the balcony.
It takes some skills and time to park and out.
Check in office is at 4 Simpson Lane on the other side of the bridge, but it's easy to get there still.
Need to check-in and get the keys at the office.
Please beware of the rabbits on the road while heading back to studio 22 from town center, especially after sunset.
