β β β β β We stayed in the downstairs studio at Studio 531 for 2 nights over Waitangi weekend and it was a fabulous break away. The hosts Julie and Darren are lovely and the accommodation itself was superb. A super comfy bed with a view to die for over the tree tops to the water beyond. The studio is very fresh and modern with a stylish bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It is only 5 minutes from Coromandel town but feels so secluded and private. The hosts gave us some great advice on local attractions too including Driving Creek railway which is incredible.
We will definitely be back for another stay.

The place is set in a beautiful location with views of the water and is extremely quiet and clean.Β We were travelling with an infant and it was nice to have a cot set up for us upon arrival and some toys for her to play with . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for families or anyone needing a quiet place in nature to stay and relax."

β β β β β We loved our short stay here and wish that we had had more time to explore the local area. The owners of Studio 531 are lovely - very helpful! May even take you out on a tour if you ask! The studio was very comfortable and largerthan you think it is going to be. Great location for coastal walks, Driving Creek Railway and Coromandel Town. The views from the bedroom are amazing! β β β β β Outstanding " private "getaway our hosts Julie and Darren are fantastic welcoming hosts.We stayed with our 2 daughters ( 21 & 17 ) who had there on seperate little cottage . The settingbis breathtaking and tge views are simply stunning.A place where you can come and just switch off , tune in to the glorious surroundings and appreciate the sound of nature. There is also a private beach which we will going to enjoy over tge next day or 2 .....highly recommend for a quality time away from it all. Coromandel township is only 5 mins away though.....5 Stars plus β
