★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has taken nearly 4 months to send me my contract. Then asked me to upload documents I had already uploaded instead of approving the contract. I can't upload the documents they have requested as connect says "I have already uploaded them". What an absolute joke of a service. Uni starts next week, I feel so organised and ready!
P.s If you are CONSTANTLY "experiencing higher call volumes" then you aren't. You are experiencing NORMAL call volumes but don't have the capacity to handle them.
