★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this company to make our gates. They contract out installation but it was done badly from the outset. We have complained repeatedly and asked them to come out and look at it and get it sorted for us. The company has done nothing to rectify it. They don’t return calls or emails. I would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE, LACK OF TRAINING, and ARROGANT. I go to CityFitness Moorehouse and spoke to Sub5 security staff member who claims to be "Sub 5 Security Supervisor";
It was 10pm at the carpark. I am female and what if it was an emergency that I was feeling threatened or harrassed by someone at the car parked. That Sub 5 Supervisor needs more training handling people even he was distress. he could have asked me if my concern was emergency, instead, he told me he doesnt care even I complained because He is the Supervisor!! Shame on this company if this is acceptable for their staff member to act like this.
When I called their Contact Number, the guy answered made excuses for his Supervisor.
Lack of Training, Sympathy, Empathy. Security officer is a person who is paid to protect property, assets, or people. prevent risks and deter crime, watch out for looming danger, and report any crime they may encounter. Sub 5 Security Supervisor with plate number JUL 860 TOYOTA, Christchurch NZ, 10pm, 8Nov.2018 needs more training in handling people's concern.

It was for about 50 overnight security shifts. Most of the guards were really friendly and some even helped us pack up when were were still there past the handover time. Despite the occasional inevitable surprise on a gig this long, I must say I found the management very helpful and willing to sort things out with me. I've dealt with companies before where you'd say things like "the guard was late" and they'd just treat you like a stupid client, but Sub 5 really take that stuff seriously and make sure it doesn't happen again, so props for that Sub 5.
They will be my first call next time.
