★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The older Indian lady who served me had her ears painted on as I had to repeat myself multiple times of what cheese, salads and sauces I wanted and she still got them wrong. Penny-pinching servings of salad and meat and was offended when I asked for more salads. Staff are rude, you don’t get what you pay for. Stay clear of here. Plenty of other options in the area. Clearly they don’t need your money with that service/attitude post COVID.
Would be no Stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very stingey.... ask for spinach, 3 leaves, asked for more they put on 1 extra leaf. they are getting worse each time i go. I buy here quite a bit as local, never get what you expect to be paying for. Thats the last time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Penrose Caltex Subways is one of those that are consistant in the food. You get what you expect which is not always the case at other subways. Also, for some reason, their cookies are the best I've had compared to any other Subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys were charging me $14.90 for foot long.Are you serious I was in north shore got my foot long from a professional guy just for $12.80. You got 2 ladies both are unprofessional. I wish if there is zero rating I would hav give you that. Guys if you are in penrose just don’t go to this subway. It’s just a honest feedback. Keep trying and be honest don’t just try to rob customers thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 0 I wouldn’t hesitate to give it… Me and my friend we usually buy from this subway in the mornings and it’s good most of the times.. but today we bought it in the afternoon around 2:50 pm and I am soo disappointed with the sub.. There is just not much veggies or no proper sauce.. The worst I’ve ever had..
