★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were just horrible. Ordered spicy mayo three pepper chicken as per the board and they did not add the sauce. When I got back to them and say it's not in it and to request to have it for my sub, I got the response that I should have just told them when they asked for sauce otherwise how would they know. Not sure why Subway spent money on advertising three pepper chicken with spicy mayo on their board then.
Customer service is tough but don't push customers limits if we don't get a mutual respect back. Never coming back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online, got a phone call shortly after to inform me they had no bread (I had clarify that they in fact had no bread at 10.30am). They asked if they could make my two foot long subs with wraps, in the moment I said yes. When I went in to collect my order I watched one staff member (the only staff member in the store) make my order using singular wraps that where equal to the size of a half inch sub with the amount of filling a half sub would have. I was very frustrated and wanted to query partial refund due to ordering foot longs and getting poorly filled, small and horribly wrapped wraps. However, due to lack of staff (knowing how hard retail can be) and trying to be understanding and kind during a pandemic I left with my order feeling ripped off and angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 inch was only a 4 inch sandwich.. the staff was putting Avocado on Avocado toastie like a little portion of butter on the bread.. had to ask 2 times to put it at least as per the procedure. Usually visit this branch for subway sandwich as it is near to the workplace l, earlier too had bad some experiences here due to the new staff everytime. But today was like ignored yet told twice.
