★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and the food is good, but every time I come here at lunchtime, for lunch, there's only two people working and a long line because of it. Come on, management, hire some more folks so I don't have to travel 12 metres in 12 minutes for a sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some lady decided to stop making subs FIFTEEN minutes before closing to CLEAN. Mate I come in here, expecting some meaty balls and bread to fix up the ol grumblies, and I am left devastated and disappointed. The Italian herbs and cheese bread was calling my name, but I could not respond.
My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a BMT like normal but didn't quite hit the mark. I think it was probably because he didnt add enough sauce on. Was delicious but not quite there. The Manager who was on till was very polite and had great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got served the Mozza Meatball Pot cold. Took it back, no apology. Given a new one only to discover it had zero sauce with the meatballs and a pathetic amount of cheese thrown on top. These young staff members need to lift their game and learn some customer service skills!
