★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving the stars just for the service. Since the sandwich which I expected was told not available at that time. I visited many times but people inside will be moving having unnecessary chats and moving without even listening to customer wat they say.. But for my surprise today I visited the the subway by evening, there was only one guy available to serve. I guess it's a Indian guy. He was serving other customer and came to me and apologized for waiting(which I heard for the first time I guess) and asked me for the sub to have and made my sandwich. The main thing i noticed is I like the way he arrange my salad which I never saw as people will just fill up with the salad unevenly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one bloke preparing and serving this afternoon. Took an awful long time to commence taking my order, despite being 3rd in the queue. (Over 20 minutes). Several customers joined the line and dropped out seeing how slow the service was.
Buffalo chicken is horribly salty. I wonder how this got approved to be on sale. I would have asked for a refund if I had not taken it away. The rest of the sub was ok.
Invest in more staff, provide this service with a smile, or at least apologise for the lack of staff etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are super busy but please wrap the sandwich properly- the white paper to wrap the sandwich, please wrap tightly. I have been your customer for the last 5 years but the problem is persistent. Some of the staff do the job properly but most do not.

Closing time of that restaurant is 10PM.
We reached over there by 9.40PM.staff was very rude and abusive as well. And also told me go away otherwise call the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice blokes working but the flat press wrap wasn't that warm or well distributed, judged by chicken being all on one side and cheese not melted. The shop itself almost feels a bit sketchy walking in but maybe it's more bc the surrounding shops are closed or boarded up / under construction. They were cleaning though at the time of my arrival, but also kinda made me wonder if they were shutting down a bit earlier. All in all though, I'm likely going to eat here often as I wait for the bus so maybe next time I'll just stick to the sweet onion teriyaki subs that I know I should like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Subway from the Park Rd Store today. I selected a Veggie pattie & it was made very well & was absolutely delicious. The staff were very nice also. I have been disillusioned with some of the Subway stores I have visited both in my area & in other area's of Auckland.
I will definately visit that store again when I am in the area & look forward to my Friday lunch next week.
