β β β β β I bought Sujon blackcurrant powder while on holiday in NZ and have been using it around 8 weeks now. I absolutely LOVE this product. Not only have I seen significant improvements in my training (I run 40-50km per week and do strength training 4-6 days a week) but my recovery time is SO much shorter. I wouldnβt be without it now, and have just ordered more powder for myself and a friend. If you do try this product, I can highly recommend mixing with yoghurt and protein powder to make a smoothie bowl or baking with it. Yum!

β β β β β Definitely the best frozen berries one can buy, I put them on breakfast and in my smoothies regularly. I use their black current powder too, in my protein shake before big training sessions, I find it helps to reduce the overall stress of training, helping me to perform better and plus it tastes great ?
