β β β β β Itβs like heaven for anyone who uses tools, likes cars and stuff, or has an interest in tools and equipment!
Nice big showroom, massive equipment display area, and their warehouse looks massive (and full).
I was served by Dan and it was like talking to a mate, friendly and knowledgeable and i ended up walking out with far more than i came in for (always a problem with me and these sorts of places!).

β β β β β Dion Payne is the most cheerful and most helpful tools rep I have ever dealt with. It is a joy to have him come and sell his quality tools at really reasonable prices. There is nothing too hard for him to do and he and sulco as a whole will go out of their way to make sure you feel confident with your purchase.

Reps say they are going to follow up with issues and nothing ever gets done about the issues raised
Was charged a huge bill for a repair on a truck tyre changer only to get it back faulty again.
When they're were asked to resolve the issue no one was willing to do anything about it.
Very poor after sales service on machinery worth 40k
Happy to take the sale but don't want to know about it if there is issues after the fact.
Would avoid this company at all costs!

β β β β β Pathetic service have been asking them to come collect a Milwaukee soldering iron for almost a year that has failed under warranty.
The rep initially gave me covid excuses, then new rep told me I have to deal direct with Milwaukee, I called Milwaukee and they sent me straight back to Sulco saying they need to organize the return.
The Sulco rep just wanted to argue that he knew Milwaukee's processes better than them but eventually agreed to come collect. Have called head office since and asked they follow up on it but still nothing.
