★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury retirement living. Some accommodation is still under construction. Well thought out and full facilities. Indoor pool and spa, gym and library. Lounges with satellite TV. Cafe and medical centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are all new and modern which suits my mum who moved into the resthome section when it opened in September. The staff are lovely and patient. Although there isn't enough and the residents would benefit from a few more care staff being constantly avaliable in the lounge/social areas through out the day and evening. The standard costs are on par with other new modern facilities although extras IE if you want your own bathroom, are expensive, costing more in rent per day than a average two bed flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother resides here and I am comfortable with here staying here. Very stylish, proactive activities schedule and friendly staff all around.
The atmosphere is very modern inside and out. Security is improving and my mother is safe. I'm glad because she will have the feeling of being in a hotel rather then a residential care facility because it can be hard being separated from family. But most of all she is happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summeset at Heritage Park at Harrison Rd, Auckland is recently built elderly care village. Good service, friendly staff.
As the building is newly built, everything is clean and nicer.
Rooms are good and comfortable.
Night time gate is closed and have to make a call to the office to open the gate and they open the gate with remote identity.
Felt like the staff is not adequate, but they do offer their best.
