About Summerset Retirement Village
Will is our Chief Financial Officer and GM Corporate Services.
He is responsible for Finance and Corporate Services including IT, Marketing, Legal, Property and the Project Management Office.
Before joining Summerset in 2021, Will was Chief Financial Officer of the Building Products division at Fletcher Building. He has previously been Fletcher Building’s General Manager Strategy and Portfolio, and Chief Financial Officer of the Residential & Land Development division. Prior to his roles at Fletcher Building, Will held various roles in corporate finance.
He holds an MBA from the University of Auckland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Auckland Business School, and an Economics degree from the University of New South Wales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not done on cheap!! Well organised, friendly community. Villas are compact and comfortable. Perhaps Joann forgot the effect that Covid has had with regard to getting things done.
