★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lottery. You can get good healthcare and incredibly incompetent healthcare at this practice depending on who you see. If you have any doubts don't put up with poor treatment and seek advice at another practice. I deeply regret the time I spent there as a patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a traveller from overseas the thought of being unwell and having to go to the doctors is normally a big dread. I was previously at a doctors in kaipoi which was ridiculously expensive. I called up this doctors the day I couldn't cope any more and they fit me in straight away and were so kind and friendly then the following week did the same. They even provided a letter to my work and gym and were really helpful and supportive. Best doctors experience I have ever had. Highly recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a repatriated kiwi at the start of Omicron, I needed a doctor who could diagnose and surgically treat a suspected skin cancer lesion that appeared on my face rather suddenly, after some calling around Christchurch, I was directed here and both the reception lady, and the care of "Dr. Robert" were decisive and beyond reproach. Less than a week later, and my procedure is healing well. Back today for suture removal and the biopsy report. Happy and grateful, one doesn't want to waste any time with suspected skin cancers!
