β β β β β Jeanne this lady who has a attitude problem towards her customers I've come here several times as I'm local and through my buisness this lady tried to tell me the paint was right when it wasn't and went on to say my car wasn't what it was, refused to refund me and was utterly disgusting towards me other customers behind me were telling me how shocked they were she was refusing to refund me when its law . She was making snarky faces at me too this lady needs to be fired I've never in my life met anyone so so rude my whole life.

β β β β β Went to supercheap Silverdale with $40 credit on my card and was going to expire on Friday so I got a set of jumperleads window wash then to find out that I would have to wait until next week to purchase the stuff by then it would have expired, Finished with supercheap, off to Repco More gear there,no BULL.

β β β β β Rang up to make enquiries about purchasing a halogen light for my vehicle and to ask if they provide an in store service to fit it, after explaining that my husband has a disability with his hands and is unable to facilitate this for me, only to have the lady I was speaking with giggle at me over the phone, and then she said it was easy to do. Poor display of customer service. Its a pitty they have a no star rating review.
