18 Months past Best By date!! Received a product with a best before date Nov 2017 on May31st 2019 Superfoods claim that this would have been still perfectly OK and then read out the product's best before guidelines of 6-12 months maximum. She claimed that the product was discounted because it was old stock and didn't have time to go reading the dates on everything! Offered a refund and then changed her offer to a discount on next purchase. I believe that anything 18months past best before date should be placed in the rubbish bin and not sold on discount!

I ordered some B12 liquid online. The order was delivered promptly but I received lozenges instead of liquid. Meril was able to send me the correct product after speaking with her on the phone and I received the right product a few days later. One of the ladies that works at the Art Gallery was quite impatient on the phone and she made me feel patronised and unimportant with the way she spoke to me. I would probably order something again despite the negative experience as delivery was fast and there was a willingness to correct the mistake made.

On the website it states that orders are delivered in 1-3 days. I've been waiting over a week and my order hasn't even been shipped. I emailed superfoodsNZ regarding this and they sent an super unprofessional reply basically stating "Look at tracking. Check spam." I replied saying that no, it's not in my spam folder and also on the website it says the order is STILL PROCESSING. And...they literally responded to this by saying "find email." Yes. No "Sorry about the delay, we will send you the email again." or at least a "We did send you the email, could you please double check?" but "find email." Like...I just told you I didn't receive it? And for the love of god can you at least form proper sentences please? Overall I'm kind of shocked at this customer service, it's mind boggling. As an Educator, it made me worry about how many people in this country are genuinely illiterate.

Bottle was inadequately packed and the cap shattered in transit. Does this look like a good way to pack a liquid? To make matters worse, the company would not replace the item and would not even give me 25% refund when I asked them due to the loss of at least 25% of the liquid. Terrible customer service. I would not use this company ever again. This is an addendum. I gave the company several days notice after waiting a whole week after requesting the 25% refund. I waited a whole week and then gave them notice. I heard nothing back from them. So after two more days, I put the above post. Then I got a very nasty response from the company stating that they had given me the 25% refund but could not tell me where they put it. I did eventually find it though it was not through on that day. I told them that I would put an addendum that I got 25% refund but that I would not remove the review because they were so rude to me through the entire process. Also, if they had just responded to my first email where I requested the 25% refund, none of this would’ve happened. And obviously if they had packed the bottle appropriately none of this would’ve happened in the first place.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered in November, Our local courier lost the package. I contacted her for a refund, No reply for months. I finally managed to get a reply on the 17th of March. She was nothing but rude & unhelpful. I asked for a refund, She ignored me & sent out a replacement without letting me know. I most definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
