★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would 100% recommend Supreet to anyone who is trying to get a mortgage, he is friendly, super helpful, has great communication, even responds on weekends and in the evenings, he made everything easy to understand. I was in a stressful situation dealing with a separation, selling our house and trying to get lending to by myself a new house, I had first tried to use the mortgage broker we used to buy our first house, but he was terrible, no communication and ended up telling me he couldn’t find anyone to lend to me. Thankfully Supreet was recommended to my mum for me by a Mike Pero agent in akaroa after hearing of my troubles, straight away Supreet was onto it and had some options ready for me in a matter of days, he really is amazing at his job, Supreet made my situation less stressful and now I’m in my new home enjoying my fresh start and I’m so thankful to Supreet. Seriously give him a call if you want results. Even now I’m in my new home he still offers me help and support with any questions I have with my mortgage.

He went out of the way to help us as much as possible and answered all the questions we had! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supreet was absolutely amazing. We had almost given up hope in getting a mortgage, but gave it one more shot and we asked him to help. He came and saw us that day and within a couple of days had our application completed and sent out to the various lenders. He was very proactive following up constantly with the lenders and fighting for us until we got approval. Would highly recommend him to everyone.
