After having an accident in a rental car, I needed to get my car towed back as my insurance did not cover it. I called around some competitors and none of them offered the price that Supreme Towing did. In fact, this was half the price of the competition.
They come promptly and the young man who served me was polite. They were very respectful towards my wife also.
I would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service when they picked up our car, and asked if we had taken everything out of. It. But very disappointed with one of their drivers driving behaviour, as I was half through a round about at the corner of Daysh St and High St Lower Hutt, he didn't give way to his right and just drove on through like nothing had happened. I thought he was going to take me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drivers, good on the job, fun. I used once on a short, cross town haul no worries. However the company itself is not to be trusted with commitments it makes. Thought I'd use again on a long haul. They agreed to day/ $ then renegged at the last minute leaving me stranded for what will be many extra days while AA/ myself are forced to find another long haul option. They first used Covid nonsense as a convenient excuse then realised that wasn't legitimate as firstly there's currently no mandates, secondly I'd used without this drama before. They realised their mistake and agreed I could go in the cab. Then they just backed out and reneged, walking away. Yes they have staff shortage problems but they'd already agreed to the tow anyway knowing these problems. Leaving me and the AA in the lurch was not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolute superstars . This is the third time I've used them and today I needed them again as my car broke down in town last night. I called them at 8.00am (Sunday morning) and had my car back before 10am . And a super friendly service too , many thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday there was record rainfall, with the Hutt River overflowing into the Riverside car park.
It wasn't enough for this company to just sit by yesterday, waiting to poach on vulnerable people needing assistance with rescuing their vehicles before being swallowed by the river.
This company then further attempted to stop a good samaritan from towing vehicles out for free.
