About Surreal Screenprint
You can pay via bank transfer, debit card (not credit card) at the studio, or via an online link for credit cards. We’re unable to split the credit card link into a 50% deposit however. So if you wish to pay via credit card, you need to pay the entire invoice in full. There is also a 3.5% surcharge added for credit card payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this people, i was printing our business cloth with Corin before and was good. First time deal with Bonnie, and take a wrong size and model. But she refuse to take any responsible and very rude. i feel upset and unfair, that is why i have this feedback to warn everyone. Not recommend this business to anyone. And be careful on your order , Oral confirmation is not a deal make for them. If they pick the wrong shirt, they won't take responsibility.

We picked up what we thought was our complete order but we were wrong as we discovered when we arrived home. Many sizes were missing and some of the printing was so far from professional, the T-shirts were rushed and just thrown into a cardboard box in hope that maybe we wouldnt pick up on this? Without writing a whole novel of problems we had dealing with this - we notified Surreal Creations about this issue and it was resolved very delayed, unprofessionally and so disappointing. Corin the owner has no understanding of customer service or how to screen-print professionally. In the end we cancelled the whole rest of the order we were waiting on and had to order through another company to have our t-shirts printed. Save yourself the hassle and time and go elsewhere. This company is very lucky to have an amazing manager - Jen who was very helpful but behind the scenes out of her control is a nightmare.

I also really appreciated how they packed our 9 boxes!! with the names on the back up so when sorting to classes made it so much easier. Would 100% recommend them for any screen printing needs !!!
