β β β β β What a joke... Very disapointed. Had a chicken yakisoba meal around 2pm today at Goodside smalles farm, food served on a paper box, rather than a plate... Then I see a nice picture on their Facebook page.
All food served on paper boxes... For all clients eating on site. And the plates there, on the shelves...
Just another take away food, expensive experience.
Your staff managed to kill all the pleasure of eating what was something tasty.
Where is sustentability?
Response: it was a procedure for Covid-19. They say they are slowly going back to normal... Well, too slow. Other eateries at the same place are serving on plates.

β β β β β Paid 12bux for 4 stingy pieces of sushi. Small in size, low in value. Rip off. 12bux got me a double cheeseburger at shakeout next door. I'm waiting for a St Pierre's to open up next door so they can put these rip off merchants out of business.

β β β β β good sushi, wish there were more options on Uber eats instead of assortment plates, like an option for just salmon or tuna nigiri

β β β β β Always loved the sushi here as itβs always fresh although itβs a bit more expensive than others, so I went there today as Iβve been missing since lockdown, I bought some chicken and seafood sushi, the avocado has turned pretty black and rice hard, chicken dry, could tell itβs not freshly made of the day.
I know itβs hard for hospo right now, but to be able to survive, treat your food right is the bottom line you need stick on.

β β β β β Had a 30 min bus "layover" at Smales Farm and luckily enough this shop was still open to give me another takeaway option to Shake Out (which is great too mind you). Anyways, as expected an hour before closure they don't have any ready-made sushi to grab and go, but they did have some made-to-order poke, donburi, and noodle boxes. The teriyaki chicken was perfectly pleasant and hot, and they don't skimp on the details like even giving you what I find as the fanciest disposable chopsticks I've ever used haha (smoothly round, shiny, darker wood). Their prices are somewhat higher than I'd have liked, but I know where I'm at.

β β β β β They have the best sushi rice in Auckland and didnβt expect that from a takeaway sushi place. The ingredients are fresh and definitely worth the price.
