Hobson Mills Law Limited has a broad range of practical legal experience gained from large national law firms. Fleur brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm in both property and trust law. Susie is involved in the local community on many levels and can bring local contacts, local knowledge and relationships to the fore when assisting clients. Freya brings experience in general practice specialising in residential property and trust law.

Our Solicitors all received their law degrees from Victoria University in Wellington. Fleur and Susie both have experience in large national law firms with expertise in property matters ranging from assisting clients to buying their first homes, assisting individual and corporate clients with land subdivisions, to assisting SOE’s with disposal of surplus public land. Fleur and Freya both have experience in compulsory acquisition of land by government agencies and can advise clients who are affected by the compulsory acquisition of their properties or the other offer of buy back.

β β β β β My partner and I have had the worst experience ever with this company .. The Director , is the most un-professional solicitor in my 63 years of life I have ever had to deal with,,, Receptionists that laugh at its clients and a Director that wont/doesn't even introduce herself.. She also walked out of two meetings with us her clients and we had to go to look for her.. ....We have had no option but to take her to the Law Society Complaints procedure......I personally believe she should not be doing conveyancing of peoples property until she has had some " Re-Training" This firm is also I believe Homophobic as we are a gay couple, and I dont think she can deal with that.... Whatever you do, do not use this very un-professional company.. Any person who wants to contact me feel free to I will give a full breakdown of how un-professional this firm is... Christopher It would be a MINUS 5 rating if I could.
