β β β β β Was walking by right as the store was closing up but the employee (likely the owner) didn't seem to mind my late appearance. I sampled the coffee, maple, and nut fudge which was fantastic but I opted for the classic chocolate which was excellent. Definitely drop in if in the area!

β β β β β Expensive and rubbish customer service. After spending $45 on over priced ice cream, two wooden spoons broke whilst eating (no issues) however on asking for a couple of new spoons, the last hissed "that'll cost ya 50 cents per spoon next time.....we have to pay for them you know" and threw them onto the counter. Hopefully just having bad day

β β β β β I agree with other reviews the woman serving was rude and condescending (eg the flavors are written THERE!) We also bought fudge that was dry and stale? Very disappointing because last year we had friendly service and quality fudge.

β β β β β The real fruit ice cream was great. However, the owner was extremely rude. She put my cone in a stand, i picked it up for a bite. As soon as my mouth opened she snapped no eating in the shop, due to cive riles she added. Meanwhile she wasn't wearing a mask. And that was the 3rd rude thing she did, not the only one. I left feeling worse than when I went in, and I had a huge ice cream cone in my hand.

A gentlemen in front of me commented, βThe pumpkin sounds and looks delicious, what does it taste like?β Where the owner sarcastically snared back βHave you never ate pumpkin before.β He didnβt hesitate to leave the shop and take his wheel bound daughter with him! Was a terrible thing to witness! Also the owner, older women, is completely out of line with discriminating!
Saw her make racist remarks to where someone else had to step in and ask her why she was doing that! Where she replied too get out of her shop! And myself when I went to order I sat down to wait..where I saw elderly do the same before me ... I was carrying my one month old baby when she yelled at me to get up and then served me the wrong ice cream after I mentioned I didnβt order that one she didnβt hesitate to argue back and tell me I ordered the one I clearly didnβt! Hope the future owner sees all the reviews and how many people will not ever go back because of her! Her daughter even truly looked ashamed! Lived here my whole life worst disgusting customer service I have ever experienced!!
