★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an Eco Trident pool robot cleaner to clean my pool. The box says it cleans dirt and debris and i won't have to manually clean my pool. False advertising! I put the pool cleaner in the pool and it cleaned up the debris (leaves and sticks) and it shot the dirt through the filter and back into the pool. A packet was included in the box showing it has an ultra fine filter. This is not the case! It's apparently a brochure to upgrade the filter for an extra $194+gst. It would have been nice to know this before i bought the pool cleaner and recirculated dirt back in my pool. I had to wait 3-4 days for the dirt to settle, add more floc and MANUALLY clean my pool. The manager then told me i will still have to clean my pool manually as the cleaner will only clean 90-95% of rubbish in the pool just as a household vacuum doesn't pick up everything. Sorry to tell you but my $200 household vacuum picks up all items from my floors (except my kids toys) and this $1000 pool cleaner doesn't pickup near the 90-95% as mentioned. Why in the world would i buy a pool cleaner just to pick up leaves and sticks when my manual scooper for $50 can do the same job. I bought this pool cleaner to clean the dirt, sand and small particles. This is so i don't have to clean my pool to waste and refill my pool in which we can't do because of a water shortage. Now i have a 75% filled pool! Severely disappointed as I still had and still have to clean my pool manually! I didn't even get a sorry, just a refund.

They sold me a boreal rechargeable vacuum on their recommendation and I can't offer my gratitude enough. Great product, does the job perfectly. Really nice service too.
