★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My caravan was due for its mechanical WOF and also it’s electrical WOF same day, so my local garage arranged for Switch Electrical to call in to the garage complete the latter. I was told when picking up my caravan later that day that it did not need an EWOF for another year despite the sticker reading it was due June 2017. The garage owner kindly rang Switch Electrical to be told the guy was looking at the Self Containment sticker which expires in 2020 and not the expired EWOF sticker ! So the job was booked for next day for the electrical inspector to call to our home as caravan was now parked on our driveway.
Nobody turned up so I rang and got a lame excuse the guys day had “turned to custard” and he was unable to call that day , so my job was rebooked for the following Monday morning. To my disbelief there was still no show with me having waited all morning. So I rang again to be told lame excuse # 2 that they had a van issue! They could have had the courtesy to ring me, but no chance of that with this lot I’m afraid !
So I cancelled the job there and then and I will get a reliable electrical inspector to do warrant my caravan, someone who knows the difference between a EWOF sticker and a Self Containment sticker !
NOT recommended and my advise go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is very busy, which I appreciate, however communication, leaves a lot to be desired, especially when a job is booked in, and you are waiting 2 weeks, then to be told they are too busy to give any dates or time,
to connect a new bathroom fan to the power out let.
