★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brief interaction with the grounds manager or supervisor (I think) when we were donating fresh goods. He was rude, wanted the goods but extremely ungrateful. Made us regret donating but hopefully the residents and patients benefit from it. I sure hope the staff, residents and patients are treated well unlike what we experienced.
