Pros:
-above legal minimum salary,
-most people and managers are nice to work with.
Cons:
-boss manages everything, yells at ppl everyday and calls everyone incapable (including ppl from our top dairy companies, u name it)
-Extremely high employee turnover, people work here from a few days to a few months.
-You will work as a production worker (although your role can be in quality control, technologist, marketing)
