We had dreamed of a family batch for a while but didn't think it was possible until we both said "Let's try Stephen and the team and see what they can do for us". Well last weekend we went down to our new land and celebrated with our family, while pegging out just where we are going to place our family batch!! A huge thank you to the Tag team for all the hard work that you put in for us. We have been lucky enough to have contact with Leanne, Paulette and Stephen over the years and each team member puts in 100%. We are so lucky that you do the difficult work while we just provide you with that you ask for. Thank you all for batting for us once again. - David

Even though I live far from the TAG office, everything was done online. After my bank rudely rejected my application, Stephen and Leanne did their magic and got us our home loan approved. Being a first home buyer, I had lots and lots of questions that were quickly responded to. The whole process was explained well by Leanne, and she always kept us in the loop.
