★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the fish and chips due to good reviews, sadly disappointed to see both undercooked batter on fish, and badly burnt chips. Not worth the 50 dollars it cost me. Clearly using old oil, change it ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a few days ago and was disgusted at the amount of flies covering the fish in the middle of the shop, whilst I understand a fly or two may get in they need to do more about keeping them out,
It doesn’t take long for a fly to lay eggs.
The battered seafood was so oily the actual seafood (scallops ect) literally slipped out of the batter.
Unfortunately post the fly incident I didn’t eat any of the food.
myself and my family won’t be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last two weeks omg it was very dirty inside the shop you could see rubbish underneath the displays . Took so long to wait for an order. You could see the staff not wearing their masks but they all busy talking and you can see them eating why they cooking which is not a good look . Some customers jst walked in without masks but the staff didn’t saying anything or pointed out their big sign at the entry. Why waited for my order I heard one customer told one staff member there was a cockroach running around omg the staff member stood on it and walked away. This is so disgusting. I will never buy anything from them. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sorry but I had a bad experience here twice in a row. The first time I went was to buy coromandel kina. $32 a pot at xmas time. Fast forward 4 mths to April the same kina pots are now $37 each. First time I bought hot chips& fish and they weren't drained at all so they were oily and the cooking oil was also old. They cooking staff don't know what they're doing and they took ages to serve me. Second time I went was for kinas and I ordered paua but again they took ages to serve me. There were 5 people working but 20 customers and one guy had no clue we had been standing there 10 minutes waiting for fried bread and creamed paua so I had to call out to them, a lady walked over and she barely filled the small pottle just over halfway w paua. I told her fill it up but the man(owner?) said no can't fit anymore. Rubbish it was barely half full and for $13 for a small tub at least fill it up. I demanded a refund and the crook shook his head at me. Bloody crooks. Never going to this place again. Place is a mess and they don't know how to run it efficiently at all.
