★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowly getting my Caran dache collection of luminance pencils. The company has been an absolute gem to deal with online and by phone. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. My online orders both arrived in a timely manner packed immaculately. You could see the time and attention they put into packaging my pencils to ensure they arrived at my door in one piece. I would recommend dealing with this shop either in person or online based on my two ordering experiences with this company. I'm the words or Arnie (terminator), "I'll be back" and very soon.

Amazing quality and rare items, run by enthusiasts for amateurs and enthusiasts alike. The owner works the shop floor, so good advice on hand. This is one of those rare places that's still genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have just left this store, collecting a few things for the school holidays.. While I was looking a heard the owner speaking to his staff saying “Should have closed the doors”, just loud enough for me to hear.. So I said, Is there a problem? To which I was told the store closed at 2pm. It was 2:03.pm. I had no idea of the store hours.. I should have been told when I entered at 2pm. I wanted to support local. For a very humble looking store, the arrogance fills most of the shop. What a shame!!
