β β β β β It is a very good place to get a quick and good hair cut the owners are very friendly and the wait times are only.around 10 minutes compared to other barbers it is very good quality haircut for very good value. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a fresh cut

β β β β β The loveliest, most accommodating couple who does their job very well. Couldnβt have asked for a better service. Got my hair done in over 5 hours for balayage and Rose did such a beautiful job and both she and her husband were very warm and friendly.
Will definitely be coming back

β β β β β I took my 6 year-old for an overdue haircut, after cutting it myself over the first lockdown. Best haircut to date by far! Perfect lengths right as my boy wanted it. Very thoughtful service, I really enjoyed my son being able to have wee talks during the haircut which was lovely as, from my observations, some stylists just avoid eye contact with kids and just do not talk to them. He felt heard about what he wanted and ended up feeling really great! Count us as regulars now. Thank you for the smiles and kindness.

β β β β β I was looking for a kid friendly hairdresser in Takapuna but could not really find any till I bumped into the family barber. It was the first haircut for our 18 month old son. When we came in a 2 year old boy had his second haircut and he was a role model in the chair + the hairdresser was amazing with the little kid. Our son was a little bit less of a role model in the chair but the hairdresser was amazing! So friendly, nice and fun with the kids + very, very patient. And the haircut is perfect. I can 100% recommend this place for a haircut for your kids. Thanks so much, we will be back.

β β β β β I went in to probably just get my head shaved but they gave me one better. They cut and styled my hair very well and gave me a new style that not only am I happy with, I get quite a few compliments from it. They're very friendly and offer good info and advice for my hair.

β β β β β I had my first ever skin fade cut today. Extremely satisfied with how it has turned out. The business is run by a lovely couple. The online booking option is very convenient. And the fact that they are so feasible is a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

β β β β β I love this salon! And Iβm a bit fussy with my hair and a great blow wave. My kids love this place too for the best fade and barber cuts. Rose and Daniel are the owners and also a beautiful couple. Both extremely talented hairdressers and gorgeous souls. A slice of Iran comes to lucky New Zealand. A Takapuna hair lovers hidden gem.
