I am so glad I found Cat on the internet, Had a great experience with her, I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
I have GAD and a fear of flying so was nervous at the beginning, but she put me at ease straight away and I felt I had an instant connection with her. I enjoyed the session and she gave me such great insightful advice. Thanks again :)
