Talking point has zero client focus. The management (Matthew Anderson) of talking point is incompetent and seems to lack any empathy or accountability.
I had a terrible experience trying to seek support but instead I was getting mucked around from Talking point who cancelled many of my appointments, didn't respond to my requests for more regular appointments and ultimately dismissed me the same week when I had a family member pass away (they were aware of my situation but had no sensitivity through their process.
I addressed these concerns to the manager who seemed to claim everything was done according to policy and even claimed I was at fault for missing appointments.

Accountability feels like an attack when you are not prepared to see where your actions have affected others.
I hope people see this experience I have been through and think twice before choosing this business to seek help.
