★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian Childs was a little bit petty. When we decided to go with another real estate agent for our listing. He came to our house and ask for his welcome/ introduction box back. A little bit childish there Brian Childs. Also talking negatively about other agents to try and win over your listings is unprofessional.
Would not recommend him.

Well I guess we could say Brian is a legend in his own right- The real estate world he knows it breathes it, literally owns it... and will provide all the tools and service required to facilitate fast & effective results. A great knowledgeable chap, super pleasant to deal with and professional in his own right, it was a no brainer to engage his services for our real estate needs. Yet again Brian has been outstanding. We used Brian some years ago to sell our flats in Upper Hutt and because of his professionalism we chose Brian again to sell our house. As I (Pam) a Retired Legal Executive and completing a lot of conveyancing and dealing with many Real Estate Agents in my previous work we had to employ Brian over all other Agents to complete our sale. Brian has outstanding knowledge of the market and legal processes, dealing with potential purchasers, technical and difficult circumstances in getting documents signed and his communication skills are amazing. If we had more properties to sell or were to purchase we would at a heartbeat employ Brian to assist and complete the transaction(s). We cannot express our gratitude for his assistance in making our sale possible.

Brian has been amazing to work with in selling our house. He has gone above and beyond at every opportunity to help us through the process, to get the best price for us, and to give us advice wherever and whenever needed. Brian is truly an exceptional real estate agent!
I distinctly remember when we were deciding which company to go with to sell our house, I was meeting with an agent from a different company and I asked why we should go with them over tall poppy with their flat fee structure. Their answer was "tall poppy can't negotiate as well as we can, you pay us more as we can negotiate more for you with buyers". Well they couldn't have been more wrong! Brian has proven himself to be a Top Negotiator. He secured us an amazing price on our house and never missed an opportunity to negotiate with buyers to get the best value for us.
Not only has Brian provided us with excellent communication throughout our selling journey and competitively negotiated for us, but he has done so with a smile the whole time! You couldn't ask for a nicer agent who is willing to go the extra mile.
