I would like to kick these lines off by saying I used to love your coffee and even though not living near by would make it to one of my weekly routines to stop by. Over the past few months I did however experience a strong inconsistency in quality of your product work today being one of the biggest disappointments. I understand that staff rotation can be high in these kind of industries, but would like to highlight the importance of making sure this doesn’t impact the quality of your product.
Just a watch out that I’d like to address here.
