★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entertaining game between Taneatua and Galatea. Galatea scored first to lead 7-0 then Taneatua scored to be 7-5 then a bit of a run on to lead 24-14 in the first half. Second half points scored well by both teams but Taneatua were the victors 50-28. Playing field surface lush and green made for good running rugby. Whiuwhiu and Wiremu watched our mokopuna Henare Ruru score a try for Taneatua as did his cousin Anaru Ruru. Well played by both teams very enjoyable day out with the winter solar system blasting out warm rays of sunshine.
