★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the TankMate system it has a lot of useful features and it has given us years of trouble free use since we purchased it.
One change we would suggest is made is the alarm notification we get for abnormal water use is sent when it rains a lot and the tank fills quickly. Not really an alarm as such.
Apart from this we are well pleased.

It is a great quality product, easy to setup and a wealth of information available via their phone app or web browser. Very highly recommended!

Also great with little kids knowing how our water usage is tracking and if a tap is left on with excessive usage warnings. The company is fast and friendly and provides great service and cares about its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with a well known brand, so I tried TankMate instead. Really simple & robust hardware - connected to my wifi easily & with a few simple tank specs I was away. Great little app that keeps me in touch & the alert settings saved me losing over 10,000 litres of water one time I had a dodgy garden watering connection. The web stats are clear & comprehensive & my only niggle is that I can’t easily separate all stats for both the TankMates I have on the app. Yes, I bought & installed another one it was so good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really impressed with the TankMate. It was straightforward to install and setup on my Wi-Fi.It's never dropped offline or needed resetting. I've since upgraded to a new Mesh setup and the TankMate works fine with the new network as well. The app is clear and easy to use with useful detail. I had to tweak with the tank dimensions when the tank was completely full to read 10,000 litres as I didn't have exact measurements for mine but once I'd found the right parameters its pretty much spot on. I'm now receiving notifications and when I refilled the spa it registered the correct amount of water I used. It's also a revelation to see how much water is used by the garden hose in the summer and to not run the tank too low. The hardware/build quality of the unit and sensor are excellent. Hopefully a future update will include integration with the common home automation system but this lack of functionality does not lower my excellent rating of the TankMate.
