★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff at the post office counter on 07/07/2020 around 3.30pm!Not helpful at all! Treats the customers as if we’re a complete burden.Wasn’t pleased at all! But have to mention the older staff here is very friendly and helpful.But this one star is for the other rude staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had a very unpleasantexperience on Wednesday 28/04 at ca. 12.45pm -1pm.
My friend wanted to courier an item to the South Island with tracking and explained that to the guy who was serving us. After packing it up in a white courier bag he told her it would cost $32 to send it. We were both quite shocked by the price, so we asked why it was so much and he started repeating that that's the reason why "they" recommend the brown bags. He never recommended anything and when my friend asked why he didn't tell her the price difference before she bagged her item, he said "we like taking your money". I hope he was joking but given the situation, it was quite an inappropriate comment, especially as we were both upset already. We would have complaint at the time, but had to get back to work and were running late because of the whole situation. Your employee with the beard who served us needs more customer service training. Super unprofessional behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent an overnight courier through your shop and paid $22 as it was urgent on 16th of Dec. When I check on Monday it is still in new Plymouth at NZ post. Somebody from your shop put the wrong address and when I call at your shop. Some guy just keep telling me that I need to ring NZ post when I call them NZ post say that it is a mistake at your end because you guys put the wrong address. Not just this when I called you instead of taking the responsibility for it you choose to ignore it.. I won't recommend any one to go though you for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a product from the shop in the Richmond Centre in New Plymouth. When I went to pay I asked if they had payWave and was told yes - nothing else. When I saw the amount 55cents was added onto the total. I asked what the charge was and was told “that is what the bank charge us”. This is really bad customer service and I should have been told BEFORE the transaction that I would be charged - I would have been just as happy paying by eftpos! I will be going to Warehouse Stationary from now on!
