★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first contacted Sam on Saturday to enquire about getting a few items of furniture brought down to Taupō from Auckland. He was incredibly helpful. I stressed there was no panic and I could wait a couple of weeks till they had room in a backload. Less than 3 days later, the goods arrived. Super service, great communication.
