★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly atmosphere, plenty of outlets, far cheaper (awesome!) than the stores at the malls. Plenty of parks and easy to find from the highway exit ramp to tawa. Nice friendly customer service in all outlet shops. To name just afew adidas, puma, bendon & bond and pumpkin patch for kids. Nice cafe inside the mall, food and coffee good and the prices average. Also a kids playground just outside the cafe doors. Very clean and tidy mall, especially the toilets. Recommend a visit - ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Puma shop for a specific type of shoe. As I was in a hurry went straight to counter and explained exactly what it was I wanted and the service was excellent. Gave me a choice of two shoes, found my size, waited while I tried them on and then I paid for them. As there was a sale cost a lot less than expected. Brilliant.
