★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience, the people at Te Hopai are exceptionally caring. And the management/governors are focused on continued reinvestment into the facilities so that residents are comfortable. I don't understand the earlier poor rating - the doctors are independent of Te Hopai so you cannot hold Te Hopai responsible for the inaction of other professionals used by the residents.
