★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely magic. Beautiful track, not too difficult and at the end a 17 mtr high waterfall. Bring nibbles and drinks and sit at the base of the fall before heading back. A great way to spend a few hours in nature. And the start at the basin gets 5 points extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to walk in an hour from car park at The Stone Store. You can walk from the bridge at Cobham Rd too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely walk. Difficult to find as satellite pictures just show a wooded area. From the Stone Store top car park go out the back, up the hill, and down the path through the woods and you come to the display board in the photo. Turn right and follow the path. You will end up on Cobham Rd. If you want a circular walk turn left and return via Kerikeri inlet road, and Pa Rd. At the bottom of Pa Rd by Pagoda Lodge is a path back to the display board. The walk by the river zigzags back and forth, has some steep climbs, and you will be picking your way between tree roots and over slippery boulders. Not something to do in flip-flops.

Leave your car across the street from where is bridge is, there are not many signs to point the way but you will see one pointing to the falls just go straight you will see the falls from the top
