β β β β β I donβt understand how this shop works. On a not so busy day, we ordered two cups of tea at 15:52, at 16:30 they still havenβt even made them. They were still making the orders that were 5 numbers before ours. At the same time, they still allow online orders to come in, and they are still making the online orders. The staffs are overwhelmed but Boss is stingy and not hiring enough staff.

β β β β β I ordered a Kumquat Lemon Jasmine Tea and it was fantastic. Waiting time wasn't too bad. Customer service was ok and pricing is fair .. but they should really update the prices for all drinks on their menus as they have gone up a bit.
