★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chipped filling that wasn't painful to start with. I could still chew on that side. My dentist never recovered from the lockdown and was an 8 weeks wait, they put me on wait list if anyone cancels their appointment. After 2 weeks wait, my dentist suggested to me to go elsewhere to get it done because it should be an easy job, not worth the wait and risk for further decay. My friend recommended me Kevin, so I called and booked with team dental. When I turned up for my appointment, it wasn't him, it was someone else, but I went for it anyways, because they said it's an easy job too. In the next 2 month, I went back 3 more times because it has been painful when I chew on that side since it's been done. They've done x-rays, took out bits where they think was high, loading tests, nerve test, and suspected that either it was the tooth in front of it or my wisdom tooth that's playing up, but not the tooth they did. They said they've done everything they could, but they didn't know what's causing me pain. I was given the options to get it done again with them for free within a year, but with no guarantee that they can fix it this time, or a refund. I took the refund and went to my dentist. After 10 min test, my dentist identified a couple areas the filling weren't done properly that were causing the side of the tooth to flex when I chew. That's why it's only painful when I chew and it's not every single time I chew on that side. My dentist took out the filling and done it again with the same composite material. Voila! I could chew on that side the second day - pain free. My experience with team dental is that people are trying to be helpful, but they are somehow incompetent - overpriced with no guaranteed success. I wouldn't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin is amazing. I have trouble going to the dentist but he reassures me every time and keeps checking to make sure I am alright. Making it an easier experience every time I go. Today I felt relaxed even before I got there. It is a pleasure to recommend Team Dental Riccarton to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kevin is a highly professional dentist in my experience yesterday, he carefully examined patient's oral problems and identified what was wrong as well as offering the best suitable solution which meet patient's needs . Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Kevin .Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience getting my wisdom tooth extracted today. I was super nervous but the lady (can't remember her name) made me feel as comfortable as I could be. She even explained everything to me aswell. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Saturday, when nobody else would make a booking. Staff was really friendly and work quality extremely high. This was my best dentist experience ever. If I’ll need dental work again, won’t even consider anybody else, but these guys. Thanks so much, Team Dental - you rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place charges a $5 fee for dentist PPE during red light appointments apparently? didn’t get charged this fee from other dentists. Why rip off people that are already paying hundreds of dollars for your services? How ridiculous? Definitely never going there.
