★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened tea place in Albany, friendly staff, delicious tea, the one pictured is the fruit punch tea with less sugar less ice, was delicious, my 8 year old love it as well. Also ordered milk tea with pearls with less sugar less ice, was the best milk tea I've ever had, some creamy and flavorful. I'll be back even though it takes me 30mins to get here lol please open one in east auckland ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the service was better, I will come back. The milk tea is the best in Auckland and the most authentic in my opinion. However the service is not the best I have experienced. I mean since I ask a lot of questions that could be the reason why, if you don’t ask a lot of questions and want to pick up a drink then the service might be good for you. I highly recommend this shop, but I’m not coming back. I will only come back if the milk teas at other places are not drinkable.
I’m still going to give it 5 stars rating cause I care about people drinking the real and most authentic milk teas. This way we can appreciate the culture and the place where this drink is from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Tea shop with simple foods , Not many Tea shops do Soy milk tea but this one does , I had the Creamy Soy Milk tea with Cheese foam and Rice balls! Very tasty drink and Bubble waffle for a snack on the way home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banned me from collecting Teaser stamps for 2 drinks totalling $20+, just because I ordered via Panda Express(no discount from in-store price). By consumer rights, this rule needs to be displayed to the customer via in-store signage or similar, before it can be enforced, I.e. discriminating my rights as customer. Disappointed at their utter reluctance to give anything back to a customer that buys from them 3+ times a week.
