Sorry but been in the same role place 6 years. On the Machimes for 2 years I was promised nothing would change signing a contract but it's okay for you rogues to shafts all your employ and take up to 20 days sick leave off them but you'd never mention something like that because you recruitment agencys are all to be avoided and all a bunch of senseless snakes.
The company is under the same name and I work under that same company my understanding you can't legally take someone's sick leave if there still in the same role position and still working under the same company with the same name ?
