Great bunch of people work here including the dispatchers and picking team (twilight shift)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve known a few people who have worked there that have all said it’s disgusting on the inside.
Both my partner and a close mate left on their first day because of how disgusted they were. People sneezing and coughing through the processing section as well. Nice one Tegal ?

Onsite Customer Parking is terrible.
Waiting times for appointments are the worst (they might say your appointment is at 10:00am and to show up 5 - 10mins early, but really it's at 10:30am).
Appointments however, are very smooth and cooperative.
Reception is very friendly and efficient no matter who is behind it.
Environment is peaceful, you don't feel nervous or tense. Even on your first visit.
Building is close to Public Transport (train + 15 - 20 min walk to building, or bus + 10 - 15 min walk).
Outgoing staff.
Closing hours are kinda iffy (4:00pm), but there are calling hours which finish at 5:30 I think.
Overall, a very friendly team. I just wish appointments were on time as that could save me hours out of my day.
