★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excuse me? Did I even mention I needed or I am entitled to Free internet? I 'asked' if it can be extended that to for a couple of days, there's a difference. I have duly paid for all the months of internet service which you can check, and since you asked yes I did receive free rent for the extended couple of days. It's a shame you can't take a negative review. Why don't you respond to the review below also, and exactly why you are getting the one-star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequently takes down your connection seemingly on purpose. One time replies with "Have you paid for the internet". No "Hi" or "Regards". When you ask them why, and point out you're on a free period they wait a couple hours then turn it back on. Without replying to any of your emails. While you're working from home therefore stealing half your workday.
I don't think they're even a real telecom company? Their website is a time capsule from the year 2000 making it cool in an unintentional way.
Very expense for poor service and connection.
