β β β β β I have just got off the phone from reaching out for a second time to the tribunal in regards to the lack of privacy peace had in this housing Nz home. I have barely been able to cope since the earthquake yet continuous interruptions have accu red. I find that tenants likes us, two females are to be abused and our feelings totally ignored and calling the tribunal for help has made me feel like a fool. Nothing has changed and I thank God I am building a new home. I hope to write a complain directly to housing N Z when I am sure they can not punish me any longer by refusing to hear how much my life has been impacted by ignorant abusive employees. All by now are aware of my fragile state. Why are we paying for a broken defunct department that has no real power to step up and help tenants like me. Remembering that Christchurch had a major earthquake, I have had to live in a mess ever since and deal with endless invasions of the property. As they know we are to leave soon we could have been left alone especially when they know how vulnerable I feel but no have insisted in winding me up and this department has no powers to help. Why. This department needs to be closed down. This I will recommend when I leave here to my local M. P. and will follow through to see if it can not be replaced with a functioning tenancy group of enlightened people to take care of vulnerable people.
