★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't even know this place existed until it popped up on Facebook and I'm so glad it did!! Decided to change from the doctors I was at to Tend. I was so over the wait times at my doctors even if you booked an appointment you still had to wait for an hour before seeing anyone or if you go to a walk in it would be at least a 3 hours wait so frustrating. Tend made it so easy! I could book an appointment on the day I wanted without having to wait a week to see someone. When I got there I just clicked check in and walked right on in and they show you straight to a room with no mucking around. The doctor comes to you. Now that's what I call healthcare! I'm so happy you're in Auckland. Made my life so much easier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made to have and pay for full Dr consult when all that is needed is a script repeat for ongoing medication for autoimmune condition that has no cure. Also won't listen to specialist recommendations.

The App is super easy to use and very convenient. You get to see all available appointments, choose your doctor and can already leave some notes for them.
The clinic is modern and I didn’t have to wait at all. Afterwards I could communicate with my doctor and team through the app for any further questions and to keep track of everything. They’ll send you any medication to your selected pharmacy too.
Overall excellent service.
10/10 Would highly recommend!

At first, i was a bit skeptical because there isn't a lot of review but all of them are good so i said let's give it a try and booked to have a check with Dr.Graham. Overall experience 5/5. There is no need to wait, booking was very fast and easy and to sum it up cost was really reasonable and to be honest much more inexpensive than some other overcrowded and costly places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially signed up to Tend as I liked the idea of the online consultations, but having also been into the clinic too I can confidently say that the staff are wonderful and the facility is so clean, modern and welcoming! I am usually one to be squeamish when it comes to doctors’ clinics but I felt so comfortable at Tend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have recently enrolled to Tend after 10+ years with my previous GP clinic. At first I was nervous about the changeover but after my first appointment, I can say that I have no regrets!
The doctors are true professionals and they genuinely do seem to care about their patient’s wellbeing.
Also, the receptionists are super lovely and are always incredibly helpful. Their customer service seriously brightens my days!
Absolutely recommend coming here!
