★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought new Cule hatches for my yacht that were suppposed to be a standard size. Close... they measured the same in the description but when I went to fit them they were just a bit too small in the corners. I contacted the sales agent and asked if I could please return them and explained I would understand if there would be a restocking fee. They recommended I make plywood spacers for my yacht to fit these hatches in despite my finding a competitors brand (Vetus) that fit perfectly. There would be no way I'm putting plywood on my beautiful glass girl. I had to ask in emails three times if I could please return them and finally and most disappointing was declined.

Spares were dispatch and received in record time at our dock. I will purchase Quick products when ever possible. Well done! :-)

I was having difficulty finding the cc rating of my old Hydrive steering ram attached to my inboard volvo engine until I called Danny at Tenob. After several phone calls and emails full of helpful information I was able to send him a couple of photos of the unit. He then came straight back to me with the specification of the unit and the cc rating which gave me the go ahead to be able to purchase the auto pilot I wanted.
Thanks so much for your help on this Danny, great to talk to someone with so much knowledge.

Drove for nearly 2 hours through Auckland's Friday night rush hour, arriving late, yet we were treated to exceptionally graceful service by Dave the Manager and Danny the owner. Top guys. Top service. Top products. THANKS SO MUCH for helping us get out on the water for a much needed unwind, and treat the awesome guys who had helped our family through a trying situation.
